Nuksy's evolved from my grandmother, Nuksy, in famous for home cooking. The company is name after my grandmother who taught me all that I know about cooking. My name is Chef Yo and I am the owner of Nuksy's Fine Catering, LLC.
Nuksy's Fine Catering opened in 2002 specializing in my grandmother's homemade desserts. Since then, we have grown to also providing fabulous catering services for various events. I am originally from Louisiana and I bring a strong family heritage and background in preparing Cajun and Creole delicacies including desserts and entrees. I strive to be the best and provide excellent customer service.
Nuksy's Fine Catering, LLC provides signature culinary creations and personal chef services for upscale, celebrity, corporate and casual events with a flair.
Chef Yo has over 10 years culinary experience starting from her culinary training at the Art Institute of Houston to the Marriott Hotel to now Owner & Executive Chef of Nuksy’s Fine Catering, LLC specializing in off- site catering for all occasions. Chef Yo also possesses a BS in Finance and has proven experience engaging and satisfying the needs of professional clients. Chef Yo has been featured on KHOU11 and KPRC2 as a guest chef.
Chef Yo’s skills crosses ethic, cultural and culinary boundaries. Satisfying our clients’ diverse and unique needs is not an option, it is the bases of our success.
